Because our necklaces are hand-crafted and uniquely customized just for you, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for "change of mind."

How long will shipping take?

Because every Philu piece is handcrafted and customized to order, we need a little time to make it perfect. Please allow 2 to 5 business days for us to craft, check, and pack your order before it is dispatched

Once your order leaves our workshop, please allow 6 to 12 business days for delivery to your doorstep. Delivery times may vary depending on courier volumes and your location (metro vs. regional).
